Future generations will not believe that, one day, a theologian with a brush captivated the hearts of millions, and even inspired the end of a war. But, we will tell his story with gratitude! Today he rests in his beloved La Palma.

This was commissioned by the President and First Lady of El Salvador in 2010, and performed by the National Symphony of El Salvador. And, this year, I have been asked to compose another work for the canonization of Oscar Romero. in October. I will share more in future posts.

This vivacious, visually impaired kid, plays and sings like an expert. He lives in a tin house near the ocean. He is a good example of potential of Salvadoran youth. And he loves God in his songs too!
