O God, make speed to save us;

O Lord, make haste to help us.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit;as it was in the beginning, is now, and       ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

PSALM 121

1      I will lift up my eyes unto the hills; *

from whence comes my help?

2      My help comes from the Lord, *

who has made heaven and earth.

3      He will not let your foot be moved, *

and he who keeps you will not sleep.

4      Behold, he who keeps Israel *

shall neither slumber nor sleep.

5      The Lordhimself is your keeper; *

the Lordis your defense upon your right hand,

6      So that the sun shall not burn you by day, *

neither the moon by night.

7      The Lordshall preserve you from all evil; *

indeed, it is he who shall keep your soul.

8      The Lordshall preserve your going out and your coming in, *

from this time forth for evermore.

Scriptures

Jesus said, “Now is the judgment of this world; now will the ruler of this world be cast out. And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself.”

JOHN 12:31-32

If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation.

2 CORINTHIANS 5:17-18

Thank you, O Lord, for your Holy Word.

Silence (take time to meditate on Scriptures above)

The Lord’s Prayer

Our Father, who art in heaven,

hallowed be thy Name,

thy kingdom come,

thy will be done,

on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses,

as we forgive those

who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation,

but deliver us from evil.

For thine is the kingdom,

and the power, and the glory,

for ever and ever. Amen.

Prayers of Intercession  (pray for family, friends, community, nation, and world. Pray for all who suffer, and all who work to relieve their suffering)

Blessed Savior, at this hour you hung upon the Cross, stretching out your loving arms: Grant that all the peoples of the earth may look to you and be saved; for your tender mercies’ sake. Amen.

Benediction

The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit, be with us all.

Amen. 2 CORINTHIANS 13:14
